Loading Strategy: Fail-safe

This is a special type of loading strategy as given by the application. At the time of loading, if any error occurs, those will be avoided.

When the source column carries a particular data-type and the column defined in the data-set carries other data-type, then at the time of type casting or conversion, there is a greater probability to occur error.

In calculated column, there is a much chance of encountering errors due to wrong expression/ script.

So, the rows in the source, which have encountered error, are simply discarded in the fail safe loading. The output of this loading comes with the remaining rows. The above pop up comes after clicking on the ‘Load’ option coming from the context menu of IDEAL-ANALYTICS [IA] Explorer. Among the radio buttons, selecting the first one causes the fail safe loading.
