Dashboard Types
Basically, dashboards are the area for quick look-up on the important areas. There are two types of dashboard in the application according to their utility.
Corporate Dashboard:
The corporate dashboard is the shared dashboard. The users rather than the publisher of a view can see it into the corporate dashboard if the underlying data-set is shared to them. Basically, the corporate dashboard is a common space for all users where they can publish or see the views. By default, this dashboard is loaded.
Personal Dashboard:
The name of this type of dashboard carries its meaning. Each user has a separate personal dashboard. This dashboard can’t be shared like the previous one. The options to switch over between these two types of dashboards are given at the top right corner.
The icon indicates the ‘Corporate Dashboard’ while
icon defines the ‘Personal Dashboard’. Except the sharing concept, the other features of both types of dashboards are same.
